II’ll start by sharing what qualifies me for this work and the personal journey that led me here.
Educationally, I hold a bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and three master’s degrees in Reading & Literacy, Educational Technology & Instructional Design (with a focus on Adult Learning), and Human Resource Management. My academic background centers on people development, leadership, and organizational wellness. I also hold a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Management.
Over the past 17 years, I’ve served as a certified teacher, academic coach, and adjunct professor. But let me be clear, it’s not my credentials that make me most qualified for this work. It’s my lived experience.
For years, I quietly battled imposter syndrome behind every title I carried: wife, daughter, mother, pastor’s wife, author, educator. On the outside, I had the certifications, accomplishments, and affirmations. On the inside, I was chasing a version of success that didn’t feel like mine.
Eventually, I had to stop performing and start asking the hard questions: What does thriving actually look like for me? Not thriving based on other people’s expectations but thriving rooted in truth.
That was my turning point.
I discovered that redefining myself wasn’t about chasing more. It was about leaning into growth, the kind that brings you back to your core: your values, your purpose, your dreams, and the voice you tucked away to make space for everyone else.
Today, that journey shapes the spaces I create.
Through faith-based classes, teaching, and shared experiences, I create environments where women can pause, reflect, and reconnect with who they are. These spaces are designed for women who have spent years holding it all together for everyone else and are now ready to make space for themselves.
This work is about creating room to feel seen, to become grounded, and to explore what it means to live, lead, and love without losing yourself.
You don’t have to shrink to be strong.
You don’t have to choose between being powerful and being whole.
You get to thrive, and you get to define what that means.
This is the work I was called to do, not just because of what I’ve learned, but because of what I’ve lived.
If any part of my story resonates with you, you’re invited to join the space and experience the journey for yourself.
You’re not alone.
